Washing machine with a built in sink. Would you use it?

I think this a pretty cool idea! Not everyone has a sink in the laundry room but this makes it possible without the cost of remodeling. Would buy/use this?

    I have a Electrolux EWF14912 frontloader. I first thought I liked it but it kept breaking down. Sensors, water pump, mother board, more sensors. Five yrs old and Now the warranty is out and not 470.00 dollars for repairs is ridiculous. Going back to Top Loader. Any advice? I am Winnie Gilbert
